Ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, medical compression garments must not show any signs of wear.

Log into your account or visit our returns portal to generate a Return Authorization number and download your shipping label.

Securely pack the items in their original box and include the completed returns form to ensure your refund is processed without delay.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location. You will receive an email confirmation once our warehouse has inspected and processed your return.
